Ball Screw Actuators
With their compact design, ball screw actuators are an excellent replacement for hydraulic cylinders. In combination with a rotatory servo motor, the integrated ball screw moves a piston rod.

- Ball nut with reduced axial backlash (optionally preloaded)
- Piston rod made of stainless steel with anti-rotation mechanism
- Smooth, closed surface
- Protection against water, dust, and other pollutants (IP65)
- Optional design with high corrosion resistance in harsh environments (IP65CR)
- Optionally with class NSF H1 lubricant for applications in the food processing sector
- Comfortable lubrication of the ball screw drive via lubrication nipples
- Connection of pressure compensation possible
- In-line motor mounting or parallel mounting (side mount) via belt drive system with toothed belt
- No reference run (homing) required in combination with multi-turn motor position sensors (optional)
- Mounting via ISO standard accessories (clevis/rod eyes, mounting brackets, side trunnions, etc.)
